Personal Development Program

Each member prepares an annual learning plan that is agreed upon with the superior.

Training and Mentoring (Coaching & Mentoring)

Personal or group discussion programs to hone members’ soft skills, especially leadership.

medulla Foundation Class

Learning forum for members to improve knowledge and skills regarding organizational management and social change.

Building a Healthy Work Environment

We are committed to creating a healthy work environment and supporting the well-being of our members.

Biweekly Organizational Evaluation

We hold a discussion forum with all members to evaluate a policy that has been or is currently running and map out things that need to be improved.

Team Building Activities

We foster a close-knit team by holding monthly team building activities. These activities provide a platform for members to build trust, bond, and collaborate with each other. We also promote diversity by hosting team building activities for major religious holidays (Chinese New Year, Ramadan, Christmas, Nyepi, Vesak, and others).

Deep Work Time

We allow members to do “deep work” or focused work activities free from distractions.

Objectives and Key Results (OKR) System

We build highly motivated and results-oriented teams.

Paid Leave:

We guarantee members’ paid leave rights, namely sick leave, important leave (marriage, child marriage, child circumcision or baptism, death of a family member), maternity leave, paternity leave, maternity leave, miscarriage leave, menstruation leave, first Hajj leave, and first Umrah leave.
